As one of the key enterprises
in Mengcheng, Mengcheng Textile Mill is located at Mengcheng
County of the Huaibei Plain, a county most reputed for Zhuangzi,
the famous ideologist and philosopher in ancient China. The plant
covers an area of 17300 square meters, including 13,500 square meters
of building area and owns a total asset of RMB38 million Yuan. Among
our over 600 employees, 180 personnel are experienced engineering
technicians. In addition, we have been granted the right for dealing
in foreign trade by China Foreign Economic and Trade Committee.
Since 1986 when the plant was established,
it has gone through nearly two decades of development which sees
great improvement in both our productivity and output. But without
the efforts jointly made by our employees, we may have not been
able to develop so fast. Now we have 20,000 spindles for yarn spinning
and 10,000 doubling spindles for thread spinning and our enclosed
two-store Mfg. building, equipped with the advanced heating &
ventilation and dedusting system, represents the first level in
the country.
The facilities we apply in production are
mostly of FA series which can meet the middle and high level
technology within the country and new investment is made every year
to always keep up with the most current technology. The products
we can provide include cotton type polyester carded knitted yarns
(T18.4tex--13tex) and cotton type polyester sewing threads (T29.6texX2--9.8texX2,
T14.8texX3-T9.8texX3).
Under the now depressing domination in the
textile industry, our market-oriented policy has not only
helped us develop steadily but also bring obvious economic effects
for us as well as for the whole area in the county. For our excellent
performance, we have been awarded numerous prizes, such as "Excellent
Breakthrough Textile Enterprise", "Credit Enterprise",
"Excellent City Enterprise for Economic Benefits", "AA
Credit Enterprise",and "Excellent Enterprise for Finance
Management", only to name a few.
